9/10 Wonderful! (3,435 reviews)
We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets.
The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all.
The staff is amazing and very friendly.

8.6/10 Excellent! (911 reviews)
The room was fine. They ran out of parking spots so they forced me to park at a different hotel.
My biggest complaint is the room was filled with mosquitoes and i could not walk around or be in the room without getting bit all over my body. I went around killing them (sorry) but then more appeared so i think they were getting in from somewhere. I just got under the covers to avoid them.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than most others in New York City. And we had a floor to ceiling window! I will definitely stay here again.

7.8/10 Good! (170 reviews)
"It’s Thailand. It’s a small remote island. It’s not easy to maintain excellent standards. Adjust your expectations and you’ll be happy here. It always makes me smile when you read ‘luxury’ ‘upgradé ‘deluxe’ … they mean different things when island hoping in Thailand. This place has decent bathroom ..."
