The Rio staff was excellent! Great bartenders and waiters. The room however was outdated and had stains on the lampshades. No washclothd. I even asked the room attendant for one and was told that she didn't have any. The room was huge though and the bed was comfy. The elevators were super fast which was cool. The upgrades that they did to the casino area were awesome. We will definitely stay there again but would book the upgraded tower.

Great hotel and the front desk people were excellent. The pool area is perfect especially if you have kids. The bartenders were kind of dickish and slow. But overall it was a nice stay and would recommend to a friend.
